I'm using a huge 5.9" diameter insert carbide cutter taking a 1.75" tall x 1" deep rabbet and the machine had plenty of power! She’s alive!! We got the Smith & Mills shaper wired up and running 😁 It’s at near full 26” stroke there and I have the feed set to max at .150”. Everything is sounding good and I don’t see any “major” mechanical problems other then the rapid feed motor won’t spin over. I hear it humming when I press the button but nothin. I’ll have to dive deeper into that part to investigate what’s wrong. The machine will need a few small parts made, like new way wipers, a handle for the cross rail, and a few
